The Challenge
Schools in the region manage students, teachers, grades, attendance, fees, and transport through disconnected spreadsheets and paper-based systems, causing inefficiency and poor communication with parents.
Our Approach
Built an integrated SaaS platform with a React admin dashboard for school staff and a Flutter mobile app for parents/teachers, covering the complete school workflow: enrollment, attendance, grading, exam scheduling, fee management, library, transport tracking, and push notifications.
The Outcome
A unified school management ecosystem that digitizes every administrative process, improves parent-school communication through real-time notifications, and provides administrators with centralized data and reporting.
